The cast of Sons of Anarchy‘s 7th and final season just keeps on growing and, oddly enough, getting more musical. First it was announced that Rocker Marilyn Manson would be joining the shows as a white supremacist. Later, Hole Frontwoman and Widow of the legendary Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love, joined the cast as well. The most recent addition, Glee‘s Lea Michele. That’s right, let that sink in, Glee‘s top star will appear on Sons of Anarchy. Lea will portray a truck stop waitress who bonds with Katey Sagal’s character Gemma Teller Morrow. Hopefully their time together doesn’t lead into an acappella duet.
Young actress Tara Lynne Barr (God Bless America, Prototype 2), has been cast in the upcoming Charles Manson TV series Aquarius. Tara will play Katie, one of Manson’s devoted followers. Claire Holt has also been cast in the series as a young female police officer named Officer Charmain Tully (The Vampire Dairies, The Originals). Aquarius is about an cop, played by David Duchovny (The X Files, Californication), who goes undercover in the Manson family.
Syfy’s upcoming 12 Monkeys adaptation has found 2 new cast members. Emily Hampshire (Ruby Gloom, Rookie Blue) will play Jennifer Goines, a female version of the role played by Brad Pitt in the movie, a mental patient with a possible key to the mystery of the series. Tom Noonan (Damages, Hell On Wheels) will be playing a new villain that will act as the face of the Army of the 12 Monekys.
Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead Trilogy, Burn Notice) has said on Twitter that the plan is for him to star in recently announced The Evil Dead TV series.
